My scanner isn’t working.

Everytime I press the blue button on my app on my phone, it says that the Scan tray is empty. I clearly have the paper that I need to scan there. I turned off and turned back on, unplugged and disconnected the WiFi and it’s still the same thing. Any help or suggestions?

I'd like to help!


Follow the below instructions to change the wifi direct password-

--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address 
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
--->then go to network ---> click on wifi direct and settings -->you will be redirected to a page to change the passoword.
