My scanner worked fine until this week.  I have been having issues with the Network Printer going offline.  I have had to trouble shoot several times to fix it and reset it online.  Now it will not scan.  I  have tried everything.  The web site is too confusing. It says there is a hardware issue but this is wireless on WiFi.  HELP!

Hi @savra,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  2. What is the exact error message you are receiving?
  3. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network or without a router?
  4. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  5. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?

 Let me know!
