Product: Color Laserjet pro MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have color Laserjet pro MFP printer. It was scanning food before. But now suddenly it shows “ username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid”. 
 What can I do so my scanner work again.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
