  • Reset the printer: Sometimes, a simple reset can help resolve scanning issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in. Power on the printer and try scanning again.
  • Update printer firmware: Outdated firmware can sometimes cause scanning problems. Visit the manufacturer's website and check if there are any available firmware updates for your LaserJet Pro MFP M29w printer. If updates are available, follow the provided instructions to install them.
