Olá, boa tarde!

 

Estamos com problema para digitalizar via e-mail.

 

Utilizamos o site de vocês que indica a onde está a opção para configurar o smtp para enviar no e-mail.

 

Porém ao acessar as configurações da impressora via web ou pelo servidor web incorporado, não conseguimos encontrar a opção que realiza essa configuração.

 

A impressora em questão é uma hp ink tank wireless 410 series.

 

Poderiam nos auxiliar com isso?

Hello, good afternoon! We are having trouble scanning via email. We use your website, which indicates where the option to configure SMTP to send via email is. However, when accessing the printer settings via the web or through the embedded web server, I was unable to find the option to perform this configuration. The printer in question is an HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 series. Could you help us with this? Attention Rafael Rodrigues

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Before you begin:

  1. Ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  2. Gather necessary SMTP information, including the server, port, user name, and password. If you do not have this information, contact your email/Internet service provider.

Method to configure Scan to Email using HP Embedded Web Server:

Access the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • On your printer, locate the IP address by accessing the control panel: For wired connections, check under Ethernet settings; for wireless connections, check under Wireless settings.
  • Enter this IP address into a web browser's address bar to open the EWS. You might need to continue even if the browser flags the site as unsafe.

Configure Outgoing Email Profiles:

  • Navigate to the "Scan" or "Administration" tab.
  • Select "Outgoing Email Profiles" and click "New."
  • Enter the required information such as your email address and display name.
  • Provide SMTP server details – server address and port number. Ensure secure connection (SSL/TLS) if needed.
  • Test the configuration by selecting "Save and Test."

Set Up Email Preferences:

  • Define email message preferences like Subject, Body, File Attachment size, etc.
  • Add contacts to the Email Address Book if necessary.
