Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I have a new MFP 3301 CDW - how do I scan to searchable PDF (OCR)? Every time I try to use the full product set up. It fails on Windows 11 64bit.

I can get it to scan an image, but I need smaller text PDF files that I can search on.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Your printer is not eligible for HP+ contract / service nor is the printer one of the non-HP+ printer models eligible for HP Smart Advance.

This means --

You must obtain, purchase, download, find OCR software for your use.

Cool, sounds like I should just return my HP printer because it isn’t a good once since it isn’t included in any of those HP+ programs etc. I should have bought another Brother printer -

You are welcome.

True - Not all printers include access to all features.

We don't control the answers -- we do regret having to disappoint anyone.

HP+ printers are noted at the HP Store --

If you are not sure, ask (at the HP Store or here), or check the user manual for the product.

Non-HP+ printers are listed in

Brother makes a decent product, too.

Check and then move forward.

Should you decide to keep the printer you have,

consider one of the OCR software options.

Good Luck.
