Product: HP Photosmart C4780 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have hp photosmart C4780.  It seems to scan but there is no folder in Pictures where it says it is.  There was one in Documents but inside was just an htrl  of the picture instead of a jpeg which I requested.
