Not 2-side scanning properly

In 2-side printing, after first sides done it prompts you to reinsert the pages without turning them over, and click the proceed button. It re-scans the same first sides again!

Hi,
The printer supports 2-sided printing, it does not support 2-sided scanning or copying or an original.
What exact steps are taken? are you trying to print or scan both sides?
What application are you trying to scan both sides from?
