I have an HP Envy 7800 with old scan to email addresses. I am trying to remove them and do not remember the PIN. I have tries using the HP Smart App, I have completed a factory reset this did not work (I think the email addresses are connected to webservices). I have tried removing web services and setting it up again, but it sends me a random HP email and keeps the old scan to email addresses again. this is very frustrating and should not be this difficult to remove a scan to email address.
