Hi @Suellen77,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is not printing even after resetting, cleaning, and updating it, there could be several reasons behind the issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot.

  • Check for Error Messages: Look for any error messages or warning lights on the printer's display panel. This might give you a clue as to what's wrong.
  • Ensure Proper Connection: Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Printer Queue: Check the printer queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs. Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the queue, causing subsequent jobs to not print.
  • Printer Drivers: Ensure that the printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website and install them on your computer.
  • Paper Jam: Check for any paper jams inside the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause printing issues.
  • Ink or Toner Levels: Verify that the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink or toner.
  • Printer Settings: Make sure that the printer settings, such as paper size and type, are configured correctly for the print job.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, simply restarting the printer can resolve temporary issues.
  • Test Print: Try printing a test page from the printer's control panel to see if it's able to print internally. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the connection to your computer.

By going through these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with your HP printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
