Hi. Have one printer installed at a remote office. When installed we used an SMTP from another domain that eventually failed. We then re-configured it with Microsofts Office 365 SMTP and used one of their e-mail accounts within Microsoft 365 for aouthentication. Worked up until a week ago or so, now it fails and if we try to re-configure it still using the Microsoft Office 365 SMTP settings, said account and so on, it only comes back with the message that the SMTP server doesn't work for one reason or the other. Re-configured it with the domain we initially used and now all of a sudden that works.
This is really annoying. Has HP changed anything? Has Microsoft changed anything? Help REALLY apreciated...

Hi,
Open the Network tab in the printer homepage and select Network Identification, then set a manual DNS address and check if you may see any difference.
Try using Google's Public DNS Services as following:
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
Apply the changes and check for any difference within the Scan tab.
If you experience further issues, please clarify the exact server settings yo use for Office365. (Server, PORT, TLS/SSL option, etc.)
