Dell computer HPall in one ink jet 5200
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When scanning, the outcome is always enlarged. When printing from my phone the print is enlarged. The only time it seems standard is when I send something to print from my computer next to the printer. It appears that I have changed the default but I don't see a default.

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Next restore the printer back to factory default and set it up again

. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Tools , touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Thank you
