We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Scanning using HP Smart, 16 page document through the document feeder, the .pdf image preview shows random pages upside down.  It saves them that way as well.   The last page is always upside down but the two or three other upside down pages seem to change with each scan attempt.

 

I didn't have this trouble before having to replace the hard drive in my computer.  Set up seemed to work ok as I could print from my computer fine and the connection between HP Smart and the scanner works as the scan starts up just fine.

 

Firmware updates are automatic and confirmed it had the latest on the printer.  I did a reset on the printer by removing power (while on) for 60 seconds.  I removed basic driver software and HP Smart programs from the PC and reinstalled fresh.  

 

HELP!  I use this feature regularly and NEED it working properly.
