We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I do copies on the printer they only come out green. When I print from the computer everything prints as it should. If I scan the document to the computer and then print it, no problem. This only happens when I make copies, internally, on the copier.

 

Windows drivers are good (using the SMART app), firmware up to date. No recent changes to the printer that I am aware of.

Does this happen from both the scanner glass and the feeder?

Thank you for responding.

Making copies via glass or ADF provide same results.

 

I already had gone through the list you provided, before I went to the forums, which made no difference.
