Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My fax has started double-sided faxing recently and I can't find a setting to disable this feature. My husband says he remembers wanting to use such a feature, but can't remember if he found the feature and where he found it. Sigh. I'm guessing he did find it.

 

It is not referenced in the manual. Any ideas? I really don't want to set to factory default as I have multiple numbers saved.

OMG I just solved it! One goes into the settings on the LCD screen as if you were sending a fax and the option is on settings at the bottom left of the screen. I'm surprised this isn't referenced in the manual.
