Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Product: Officejet Pro 8035e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New Printer as of one day.  Have taken the software back to default at least once.  Everything seems ok except the ADF will not work using the scan option.  Works fine with copy option.  The printer does acknowledge that paper is in the the ADF.  Scan only works when a document is on the glass.
