I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer/scanner that is several years old and works perfectly except when I scan from the scanner glass or document feeder at which time I get one vertical line running the length of the page about 3 inches from the right side of the document. I have cleaned the scanner glass and skinny glass at the left of the machine with no success.  I hate to replace this machine if the line problem can't be fixed. Maybe there is a spec on the underside of the scanner glass. What are my options? Thank you.
