Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

Printer will not read from glass to print or scan.  Glass looks clean.. Scan shows clear as a pdf on computer for 2 seconds, then it fades into almost nothing.  Ran all dagnostics and they print and I can print from computer. Any help is appreciated. Bought in 2012 and it always worked fine.
