I have an older hp 8710.  Everything has worked perfectly for years, and all of a sudden I am getting error messages on the "scan to email" function.  Its like there is a firewall at my router/modem preventing it from connecting.  I have tried HP tech support and spectrum, but no luck.  HP guy even said to go buy a new printer.  But this same thing happened at my office and I was able to get it connected.  Both are charter/spectrum.  Any help out there?
