Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have an old email address (not mine) on my scan options.  I cannot remove it because I do not have the pin nor do I have access to the email account.  I have already tried removing web services and all factory reset options and it does not solve the problem.  I see this has been reported before, but not seeing a resolution?  Does anyone have the answer to how to solve this?
