Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

On the HP Smart application, it show my Fax disabled and advises that I consult the person that installed it originally. Well, I was the person that installed it over a year ago and I am assured that I didnt intentionally disable the FAX. I performed a factory reset. It required me to re-connect the network and setup the connections again but this  didn't change the fax issue.  HP Officejet 6968
