Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP envy 6000 Printer-Scanner. Unable to scan more than one page.  Never happened before and have been using for 7 months.  

Internet connection is wireless.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Which App are you using to scan? Are you able to copy and print well?

 

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
