Whenever I try to use the scanner feature on my HP printer, the loading icon just keeps circling without loading anything. I even received a message stating that the scanner is not compatible with Inspiron 3250. The printer used to work fine for several years, so what could have gone wrong? I attempted to use HP Support Assistant, but it stated that it's no longer functional. The only way I can get the scanner to work is by logging into the HP website using my name and password, then accessing the scan feature on the site. However, the scan feature on the site has limited options, and it doesn't provide a complete page scan like the previous scanner feature. Can you please help me with this issue? Thank you so much!
