Owned printer for several months without issue, today I had to go through online tick boxes first

Hi I have owned my ENVY 5032 for several months without issue but today I set it up to produce a single page scan and had to go through several on-line tick box pages before the printer would produce the scan and i do not no why. It seems a rigmarole just for a single page so I must assume I have done something to make the printer go through this process but I have no idea what. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Could you share the image of the checkboxes that appear when you try to scan?
  • Which application are you trying to scan from?
