Keep getting paper jam error even when paper is not even in the printer. I have checked for paper and I have cleaned the roller multiple time and restarted it multiple times as well, but the same error pops up. I know it can print my paper that I am using because it printed 2 times just fine, until it started throwing the paper jam error.

@TEETEE4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

 

If there is no papers jammed inside and if the print carriage is moving freely, this could be a false error.

Check if you can bypass the error to go to the home screen of the printer. If yes, then we can try to reset the printer to its factory settings.
