Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I scan multiple A4v pages using the sheetfeeder, and send it as a PDF by email to my desktop, the first page is A4, but the 2nd and subsequent pages are cropped on both sides and top and bottom.

 

How do I  fix that issue please.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

it is a Colour Laser Jet Pro MFP 4301 fdw .......and I have done more scans and the first page is not always full size either ie it is cropping sides, top and bottom too but the 2nd page is smaller when compared to the first page
