Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OFFICEJET 9010E Stopped asking 'ADD ANOTHER PAGE?'  when printing or scanning on flatbed. Print & Scan Dr. hangs in a loop.  Download Driver update hangs in a loop.  HP123 wants to 'INSTALL NEW PRINTER'. But then stops...PRINTER ALREADY INSTALLED.  Should I change to Canon? or Epson?
