HEY GUYS,

 

DPOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PRINT PAGES ON DOUBLE SIDE USING THIS PRINTER. I JUST PRINTED THE NRL DRAW FOR THISYEAR AND TRIED EVERYTHING IN THE END PRINTED THE 13 SINGLE PAGES RATHER LESS WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN. I TRIED BY GOING TO FILE TO PRINT AND NO OPTIONS THERE OR EVEN IN THE NORMAL PRINTING  SECTION. DO I HAVE TO ADJUST IT SOMEWHERE IN THE PREFERENCE ON MY MAC

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-smart-tank-plus-550-wireless-all-in-one-series/1...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

Check out this resource (example) on how to print 2 sided.  It's in Windows OS but you should be able to use the same steps for Mac.

Hello,

This printer model does not support automatic duplex it only supports manual duplex.

it is also not necessary to install full feature software in order to print and scan.

The printer is Airprint compatible.

I CAN PRINT AND SCSN NO ISSUES JUST PRINTING DOUBLE SIDED PAGE. NOTICED ITS OFF AND ITS IN GEY AND CAN'T CLICK TO TURN IT ON. I TRIED THE DUPLEX PRINTING WHERE YOU PRINT FIRST PAGE TURN IT AROUND AND PRINT ON THE OTHER SIDE. TIME CONSUMING. BUT WILL TRY FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE AND SEE
