Hi,

Recently my new computer froze and Dell did a restart - despite being able to print wirelessly the HP Smart App is not working as previously. When I wished to 'scan' I could just type 'scan' in the search button and the 'HP smart app' would open and 'the option to scan' was visible on the left hand bottom  of the screen, and saved the scanned item  to photos. None of this happens now and I'm not sure how to fix.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app.
