I am getting a false paper jam error message when scanning from the document feeder.  I have tried all the solutions previously mentioned including downloading a firmware update.  A test scan worked....but just once.  Now the error message is back.

There is NO paper jam.....which was proved when I downloaded & installed new firmware and it scanned successfully thru the document feeder.

On my second try I got the same error message: "document feeder jam"
