Why do I have to pay for paper charges? I purchase my paper from Staples, and I buy my ink. I print church bulletins as well as business papers.  Some of the bulletins run over 200 pages front and back. I do not have $72 allocated for paper charges on top of the cost I have to pay for paper and ink. I have always used HP products, but I do not need you that badly. Some of my business printing runs over 30 pages for training materials.

If you enrolled in an instant ink subscription (which is COMPLETELY voluntary), then you would see charges for ink and possibly paper, depending on the subscription you enrolled in. If you wish to modify or cancel your subscription you need to log into your HP account and make those changes.
