Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HELP HELP HELP...Im on my second HP OfficeJet within a month.  Went from a 9015e to 9025e.  Attempting to scan photos using the ADF and fails every time.  I can scan documents with out issue.  I am not receiving any errors, just printer jams (9025e) and blemishes (9015e don't care anymore).  Who and recommend a printer that one can use to scan photos using the ADF, in either Portrait or landscape.   HELP HELP HELP.

Typically the ADF is not the recommended method for scanning photos, you should scan off the glass. This is because of the curving that happens to feed through the ADF.

I'm not sure I understand the word Typically, because to me that means it's possible or you can.  I have a photosmart 7500 series and I can scan without issue using the ADF. I've also acquired the ENVY series 7800 I can scan photos using the ADF.  With that said I am still confused as to why the OfficeJet pro 9025E doesn't work scanning photos using a ADF.  I understand curvature however in comparing the three printers just mentioned one fails. This is a flow with an HPs design of the OfficeJet 9025E.  Scanning photos using just the glass is going to elongate my project I am scanning many many photos.  FIX IT.
