Photocopy Functions works but the output print is not the original size

Hi, I am using HP Deskjet 2729 printer. When i press on copy button, printer scans and gives an output print. But the print output is too small. I tried to log in to the EWS screen of the printer, but I couldnt find any settings related to copy. Please could anyone help on this issue?

Hi,

Copying a page automatically resizes the output to the printable area of the printer, this is expected:

Be aware that the bottom margin must match or exceed 12.7 mm, if your original exceed these margins it will be resized to the printable area of the printer, which doesn't include the bottom 12.7 mm:

Also, be sure to place the original correctly, facing down, with the head of the page aligned to the shown mark to place the original on the Flatbed glass (meaning, if the mark is to the left of the Flatbed glass as an example, the page should also be placed with its top side facing to this mark in the left)

Thank you for your time in explaining. But, sorry this doesn't solve my issue. 

Just to redraft my issue for clarity

If I am trying to copy a page which is in size of A4, the print output which I get will be half the size of A4. The copy function is just not replicating the A4 size that is there in the flatbed scanner.
