Product: HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer will scan and display scanned item on the scan menu, but when I try to save the scan to my computer, the printer just does nothing.  Even when I try to exit the program asks if I want to save the scan, but when I respond "yes" it still does not save the scan.  What can I do?
