Product: HP ENVY 6030
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Product : HP Easy Scan

Version 1.10.0 (201013) on MacOs Mojave 10.14

If the cover of the scanner is not fully closed : when I scan a thick document or the page of a book , ths scanner does'nt respond.

Easy Scan send me an error   scanner unavailable

The actuel workaround is to put an adhesive tape on the lid switch. ( ! ) to get the scanner working in such a case !!!! 

No way to contact any human being as support to explain this bug ( chat robots are idiots )
