So i"m wondering if anyone knows if i was to take it to an authorized dealer if they would be able to open up my printer and do a general clean of it on the inside cause it had got some roaches inside of it and when i print it comes out with stains on the paper plus the ammonia it has it's unbearable? i have cleaned it through the outside plus have shaken it alot but i love my printer and i don't want to get rid of it also it's expensive as well. I won't dare to open it my self i don't want to mess it up. Anything helps thank you community for your help on my issue. Have a Wonderfull Day.   HP Officejet 3830.

If there are insects then the printer will not be serviced but you can always check with HP Support in your region

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
