We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When sending longer faxes (10+ pages) the fax will take a long time to "send," then the send will not go through and the printer will keep redialing. After a few redials the printer will shut itself off, restart and try resending the fax. The fax never goes through. This happens for multiple different fax jobs to different phone numbers. Shorter faxes (both local and long distance) will otherwise go through without a problem. 

We have updated the firmware, restored factory defaults, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Please make sure the Fax Resolution is set to Standard, enable the error-correction setting and set the fax speed as Slow, then check for any difference.
