Printer is Brand new, ink is brand new, Paper is brand new
Below troubleshooting has been done.
1. cleaned the printhead, the printer's onscreen menu 2. replaced all ink cartridges with new ones; they are all 90-100% full 3. cleaned the print head again 4. updated to latest HP firmware 5. aligned the print head using the onscreen menu 6. performed the clean smear function using the printer's online menu 7. cleaned the print head again
