Printer Support: Not printing correctly

HP Recommended
HP Officejet 8020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is Brand new, ink is brand new, Paper is brand new

Below troubleshooting has been done.

1. cleaned the printhead, the printer's onscreen menu
2. replaced all ink cartridges with new ones; they are all 90-100% full
3. cleaned the print head again
4. updated to latest HP firmware
5. aligned the print head using the onscreen menu
6. performed the clean smear function using the printer's online menu
7. cleaned the print head again

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
