We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer which I connected via a USB cable to print and scan. I have also installed the HP smart on my Lenovo laptop running a windows 10 Pro 64 bit. The print shows that its ready on the HP smart app, but I can not print out any documents either from the HP smart or PDF document (Ctrl P), and also I cannot scan from the HP smart app. There are no errors on the printer and I can print test pages and diagnostic pages. Kindly assist

Hi,

  1. shut down printer via on/off switch
  2. switch off the router
  3. shut down the computer
  4. wait about 60 sec.
  5. switch on the router, wait until the router has completely initialized itself again
  6. Switch on the printer, wait until the printer has finished its initialization
  7. switch on computer, log in (with admin rights) and wait about 10 sec.

... and now everything's working again?

 

If not, then

  1. Uninstall HP printer software and drivers 
  2. HP printer setup (USB cable) 

After installation, the computer should be restarted.
