HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is connected to the network and it works just fine, but when I try to scan something, it says that the printer status is unknown and it will not scan. When I try to add a new printer through the HP SMART App, it says it can't find any printers.
