Product: HP Laserjet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The MFP wont save the digital faxes to any network drive. We setup print faxes and save to network drive. The print out works but there is no digital copy.

 

I have checked the fax logs and its saying NOT Saved. I have reset the printer to factory defaults and than setup the digital fax on the network share and it still doesn't work.

 

I tried multiple usernames and different network paths.......The weird thing is when we do a network scan to this network share it works fine.

 

Something wired is happening with the digital fax process.

 

Its only 3 months old. Can someone give me some advise
