Product: HP OfficeJet 3833 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Office Jet 3833, Laptop 15-dwlxxx. 

At one point the HP Smart was showing my printer as offline.  Now it doesn't register at all. 

Have tried to add it via IP Address, Serial # and Hostname but showing can't be found with every try.  I can print , but not scan!

Wireless Server connections are the same for both printer and laptop and are working fine.

Both Instant Ink and Expired Warranty numbers are not working right now.

HELP!  Tring to find a job and need scanning for resume!
