Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently had an HP update not sure if it was for my computer or printer since both are HP.  My printer was compeltely deleted.  I finally got the printer working again but cannot scan.  I get the message "The HP desjket 3630 series was not found".  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try adding HP Smart to add the printer if it's disappeared.  Download  from  Microsoft store if it's not installed.

 

Alternatively, you c an uninstall and reinstall the FULL solution software.  This example shows you how:
