Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet 6958.  I have been printing and scanning forever without complication. I am not aware my computer did an update, nor do I allow the printer to accept updates because of ink cartridge problems. Both the computer and printer are connected to a wireless network. I successfully printed 2 pages from the Internet with the printer before having scanning issues. I opened the HP Smart app to then scan the printed pages and received a message that no printers are found. I have looked through some of the errors previously and tried disconnecting the printer cable from the printer and the outlet and have taken out all ink cartridges and let everything sit idle for several minutes before plugging back in and then reinstalling the cartridges. There is no change when I open the app to scan. I do not know what to do because the printer is obviously connected to the computer because I printed pages.. I just cannot scan and need to do so. Help please!
