 recently purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer and cannot extend the output tray (the tray that catches the paper after it is printed).  It does not even extend to fit an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, only half that size, so the printed sheet of paper flies off onto the floor.
