Product: HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my HP 2620 stopped copying, scanning and faxing, I performed all the recommended events to try and restore it, but it failed. After removing and reinstalling the software and drivers I ran the HP fax and scan Doctor and I received an error which stated that the scan driver was not making contact with my PC. I had the latest drivers installed, but tried to run the driver update, but it failed. I don't know where to go from here. I have a HP desktop with Win10 OS
