Product: Asus Zenbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, 

 

I am using a LaserJet Printer - Samsung CLX-6260FW. Have been using it for 5 years now and it has been working fine. However this morning, I tried to scan a document and it turned out like a white sheet of paper. At times, if I'm lucky I'll get half of the page scanned.  Any advice? Thanks!
