Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Printer tray error remains. We've disconnected the printer from the power for 24 hrs. We've reset the printer after removing the printer trays and checking for jammed paper. The error still remains. Checked to make sure the trays were installed correctly.
