Hi @DAG4520,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To print a prior fax sent via the HP Smart app on your iPad, you can try the following steps.

Use the Forward Option to Print

  1. Open the HP Smart App:
    • Launch the HP Smart app on your iPad.
  2. Access Sent Faxes:
    • Go to the Fax History section within the app.
    • Locate the fax you wish to print.
  3. Forward the Fax:
    • Select the Forward option.
    • Send the fax to your own email address.
  4. Print from Email:
    • Open your email and download the attached document.
    • Use the print option to send it to your connected printer.

Save to Cloud and Print

  1. Download or Save the Fax:
    • If the HP Smart app allows downloading or saving the fax as a PDF, save it to a cloud service (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive).
  2. Print from the Cloud:
    • Access the saved file from the cloud and print it directly using your printer.

Screenshot and Print

  1. Screenshot the Fax:
    • Open the fax and take a screenshot of it on your iPad.
    • To screenshot, press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously (for iPads without a home button) or the Home and Power buttons simultaneously (for iPads with a home button).
  2. Print the Screenshot:
    • Open the Photos app and select the screenshot.
    • Tap the Share button and choose Print.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
