We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I scanned a printed receipt and saved it to a PDF file. 

But when I try to print the page the printer scrolls down to the middle of the paper to be printed onto and then begins to print. 

When I used HP doc to analyze my printer, it says the printer is fine and the test page is fine.

I would like to just print a complete page.

Any ideas?

I understand you are facing issues while printing. The support options are limited due to the age of this printer.

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Print Quality Problems with the Diagnostic Page

 

This model printer does not have a driver for Win 10 PC. You are using a Windows built-in driver that has limited features.

If the issue persists, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
